DescriptionIt would be very nice to see a channel mode for static(java webchat) idents
for example /mode #chan +(flag) chat@*
it would stop some clones i think

Why? Just use the existing features...
Ban everybody and put an exception on your webchat.

/mode #chan +be *!*@* *!chat@*
