Summary	0002506: Invite with can_override results in "You're not channel operator"
Description	As an IRCOp with can_override you can't invite others without beeing at least op in that channel. If you try it you will get the "You're not channel operator" message.
Steps To Reproduce	As an IRCOp with can_override and no rights, voice or halfop in #channel: /invite somebody #channel
