Summary0002645: G:line showing incorrect setby
DescriptionThis error has been occured on 2 different networks, both with at least 3 servers on the network at the time it happened.

Basicly, 1 ircop placed a gline, and in the stats G output another ircop would show up as the ircop who placed the gline.
This information included nick!ident@host from the wrong ircop.

When the gline was placed, it showed the correct ircop in the status window. The stats G output was the only factor that was changed. Reason, length of gline stays the same.

This error happened a few times, very randomly. I would say that we have placed about 150 glines since the time I discovered, and 3 of them were changed in the stats g output.
Steps To ReproduceI would have no idea how to reproduce this.
3rd party modulesNo 3rd modules were loaded at any of those networks.

It's hard for me to see how that would be possible... Just FYI: whenever a TKL (*line, shun, etc) is added, the 'setby' field (nick!user@host or ser.ver.name) is copied and put in [tklstruct]->setby.. So how this could change is.. weird :P.

I've heard of this odd issue before though, so there must be something there.. :)

Havent seen the issue again, but to be honest... its hard to actually check with the amount of bans we have (Unfortunatly :))

Well, consider this.. a TKL (mask, type, ircop1). What happens if a mask with identical mask/type comes in? (mask, type, ircop2), does the ircop1 get overwritten with ircop2? Wouldn't this exhibit this behaviour?
