The 301 reply is defined in RFC1459 back in year 1993. Changing it would mess up most clients. It is possible to add additional reply (or a message tag) containing that time. |

As k4be pointed out, it would not be possible to change the existing line or it would break things for existing clients. It would need to be coordinated or a new line and/or you need to convince a lot of people of it. I don't think that will likely happen so I am going to close the request for this on our end. |
