Summary	0002143: whowas: add /who style search options & perhaps a rewrite
Description	It would be nice if /whowas supports flags/options to search at, since the following info is currently stored but there's no way to search at: - cloaked host - real host - ident - gecos - server - umodes [] - logoff time [: some things like umodes might not make much sense ;p]
Additional Information	Perhaps do a rewrite of the whole whowas system as well
