Descriptioni am moving from bahamut to unreal and my users are not familiar with the +h halfop feature. So if it is easy it would be nice to be able to choose whether you can have the halfop feature or not..The same could be done with +a and +q

U4 already has this feature, changing Version to 3.3.

It would be nice to have config options for this so you could specify which prefix-modes to use.

iirc even on networks with ~& disabled unreal still has the +qa modes with no prefix, which seems slightly silly to me.
