Summary	0005318: Windows version seems to have TRE disabled?
Description	I seem to get a TRE warning regarding spamfilters, USE_TRE seems undefined. Is that so? Strange nobody reported this. TRE is being phased out but was supposed to give config warnings during this transitional period and not errors. TODO: - align Windows with the NIX behavior (warning vs error) - try patching spamfilter.conf like we do on NIX
