Summary0001939: MAC Address Banning
DescriptionI would like to request a ban type to be added, which allows you to ban someone's MAC address. Also, to add the MAC address to the whois when opered up, so they can ban users. This way, users who change their isp still are banned :P

impossible.
mac=ethernet=layer 2... ip=layer 3, tcp=layer 4.. so we never see it.
also the other aproach, coding clients to provide a mac address via some cmd/whatever is flawed by design.
