That's just a general remark. It's to tell users, "You can't use this." It's not meant to mean "this is admin only" "this is netadmin only" etc. All the IRC oper commands say the same thing. |

Somewhat the contrary.... These commands are listed in /helpop ?opercmds so first you already know they're oper commands. Now, some of them do say "Services Admin Command". An example is the listing for SAMODE, found at /helpop ?SAMODE |

Well if someone would like to go through and correct everything, I'd be glad to add it to Unreal. But right now, this is a low priority. There are bigger issues to work on before I fix something like this. I'm not saying it won't be fixed, just that there are more important things that will be done first. |

Would you be able to either submit it as a patch? Other stuff has changed in the help.conf and it would be a lot easier for me to apply this as a patch than manually going through and doing it. |

Zell: it seems like you modified a very old version of help.conf that is even not the one that comes with Unreal3.2.1. I uploaded help.conf.diff which shows the differences between your help.conf and the one from latest CVS. |

Please re-submit for 3.3 or 3.2.6/7 instead if this issue still exists. |
