Summary | 0002400: /umode2 & /helpop ignore
Description | Before 3-4 days someone said here something about /umode2. This command is working fine and you can changes your modes without include your nick. I think it should be documented. /helpop ignore (host or nick? anyway..) is working. I think this command should be improved a little. Something like /helpop ignore add/list/del and it should also be documented. I havnt found this anywhere in the docs.

1.) UMODE2 is not meant to be a user command. Therefore, it won't be documented. 2.) the Helpops messaging system will eventually be removed and along with it the /helpop ignore feature, therefore there is no reason to improve upon it. |

1) It exists it working and it can be used by users so why not be documended.? 2) Ok then:P |
1) It exists it working and it can be used by users so why not be documended.?
The fact that it works for users today does not necessarily mean it will always work. It was never meant for users. It was never documented because we don't want people to use it. If at some point in the future we remove UMODE2, then it will no longer work. Hence, it shouldn't be documented. |
