Steps To Reproduce	./Config
Additional Information	Reading the FAQ: I found that this was an issue prior to 3.2.5 but it was fixed in 3.2.5. It looks like the issue is back, although the workaround of changing directories or doing a whereis make -- is not working. Problem keeps occurring. I can compile it as root but a normal user cannot, this is on 2 different FreeBSD 5.5 boxes.
