I believe setby is perfectly supported, anope just doesn't use ftopic, which it should. Take a look at at atheme svn, that implements it correctly. Someone needs to work with the anope people to implement that correctly. |

Not an Unreal bug, has been pointed out this is a bug in Anope's Insp protocol Anope should be using FTOPIC |
