Description | When services issue a SVSNICK command, opers on the targets local server are not informed of the nick change, however, all remote opers are. This assumes both opers have the SNOMASK of +nN | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | Server A + B, services C B |- C |- A oper on both servers A and B set snomask +sN on both opered clients join a test client into server B force services to issue a SVSNICK on the test user. The opered client on server A is told about the nick change, the opered clint on server B is not. | ||||
