Summary | 0002392: Better documentation on new channelmode +j
Description | In the section "3.12 - Anti-Flood features" join throttle is only explained as "j = join throttling (per-user basis)". It should probably be explained a bit more/longer (similar as +f?), i.e. how it works exactly (syntax; affecting only the channel with +j? or all channels?) Something like in the release notes should be fine: Channel mode +j (jointhrottle) If you set +j X:Y you limit each user (individually) to X joins per Y seconds to the [that?] channel.
Additional Information | Bug suggested by Syzop :D (Oh and yes I'm aware that it's mentioned in the channel mode list.)
