| Description | It would be nice to have a command to virus chan or not virus chan users. It is useful to viruschan users incase there is something uncommon they have that has not been caught by spamfilter, or something so uncommon it isnt spamfiltered. It is useful to unviruschan users, so when they have been helped in the viruschan, they can just go back to whatever they were doing without needing to reconnect to the server. Command's too long. Suggesting: /virus /vchan [Though, /vchan doesnt sound 'right'. I'd prefer /virus] |

Second the feature, but not so hot on /virus vs /viruschan. I like the longer cmds. you lazy? use a client alias. |

/viruschan isn't too long. It's only 9 chars. /spamfilter is 10. (edit: not counting the / :P ) |

I'd like to see this, and add a command to undo it. My current feeling is regarding problems with bots or kline evaders... the idea being that ISPs like AOL can require that you identify before joining channels. once they ID, they can be unquarantined (which btw would be a reasonable name for the command, /quarantine) This does mean that I'd also need a SVS* variant for services to use on the user. |

The module Quarantine (http://www.unrealircd.com/modules/view/51) adds this functionality. Shouldn't be too hard to adapt it into the core. |
