Summary0002698: static-part's 'no' option doesn't do what it's intended to do
DescriptionWhen setting "static-part no;" users get "no" as a part message when they /PART a channel, while the no;-option should make part work as usual according to the doc :).
The "yes;" option does work correctly as does setting a static part like "See you later;" or something
Steps To ReproduceSet static-part to "no", /REHASH, then part a channel and watch the part from another client orso.
