| Description | Hello, I setup a server with liteIRC as my webchat and have noticed that if I set mode +O on the channel and connect with the webchat without my oper in place then I can't connect, however when I do the same with mIRC it allows me access regardless. I was under the assumption that this mode would not allow users to join unless they were an IRCOp Lee | ||||
