| Description | Upon connecting and completing a SASL flow, if the user was authenticated in this preconnection phase, the command 'CAP' becomes unavailable, and the user cannot close their CAP request and finish connecting to the server. It seems to only apply to users in this phase who are authenticated, and not non-authenticated. | ||||
