Thanks for report, fixed in https://github.com/unrealircd/unrealircd/commit/78c3b041d09b03a3799b76a92d383d7ea119e985

commit 78c3b041d09b03a3799b76a92d383d7ea119e985 (HEAD -> unreal60_dev, origin/unreal60_dev, origin/HEAD)

    Fix unable to add extended server ban with a @. Eg GLINE ~realname:*@*

    We had a '@' restriction in the TKL command on both usermask and hostmask.
    Extended server bans are now exempt, that is: the usermask portion may
    not contain a @, but for example with extban ~realname:*foo@bar* the
    hostmask portion can be *foo@bar*.

    Note that these bans won't make it to older servers (6.2.7 and earlier).
    They are rejected as TKL_ADD_INVALID. Nothing can be done about that.
