| Description | a regular user using the same vhost as an oper can see some snotices. not sure which ones in particular but this user was seeing sajoins and saparts, i think he even saw when other people would use a vhost. i'm not sure if hes seeing any other snotices though. |

| Steps To Reproduce | well, i got to user to unmode mode himself -xt (usermodes) and even then he was seeing it. then, i had him reconnect and use the vhost again and he still saw it. next we tried to have him reconnect and use a different vhost and then he did not see it. only when he uses the same vhost as an oper on my server uses is the only time he sees snotices. i'm aware this is a trivial thing and i'm not even sure if i can call it a bug but its just weird that he would see it and that he shouldn't be seeing it to begin with and i would think if i did have to see it that it would be annoying. |
