| Additional Information | These messages appear when ircd want to notify something to Ircops for some messages as Link action, sajoin actions, sapart actions, ... We have the right message and this error message. | ||||

I think this is the SVSMODE/SVS2MODE bug in beta17. You could replace your src/modules/m_svsmode.c with this file http://www.vulnscan.org/tmp/m_svsmode.c and compile (make) + restart to see if it helps. |
