| Description | Yes i set a channel ban, and kick the user, they come right back in, i check to see if the ban is still set it, is, but they still ban walk, same host name, same banmask, its like the server doesnt recognize it, the chan ban only seems to work when banned on the same server they are connected to. | ||||

did you set the SAME cloack keys on all of yours servers ? |

Yes i have reset the cloak keys, thinking maybe someone had a typo i created a file to include with the NEtwork Config in it, but even still the hosts are different, my cloak keys match on all servers, i have checked and rechecked. But i dont know what the problem is. |

Could you try to find out at which servers they are different and give OS&machine specs? I also presume you don't have older versions mixed? Like 3.1* or <beta13 or something. [btw, cloak keys are checked when you link two 3.2betaXX servers and will spit out a warning if they are different.] If all servers are beta17 + cloak keys are the same then I'm curious what the cause of this is :). What's your network / server btw? |

I will have to put a hold on the specs, currently we are moving to new servers, and i have yet to know the specs for them, so our network is offline at the moment, i will return ASAP |

well it seems the problem is in one of my newly linked up servers, because as soon as they netsplit things started working. i will have to have a lil chat with them, and get them to LISTEN!! or delink |
