Maybe add the right to +S user (services) to change the user nick even if channel mode +N is on |

Umm Ulines can override +N, so I don't know what you're talking about. |

I assume this was a configuration problem or you are using non-standard services (or writing your own), SVSNICK can just override +N like codemastr said (tested). |
