Summary	0001161: minor whois bug showing usermodes
Description	If you whois someone on a remote server, their usermodes are shown fine. And if you whois someone on a local server their usermodes are also shown fine. But if you do /whois nick nick and the person is on a remote server their usermodes aren't shown.

syzop 2003-08-01 20:13 administrator ~0003387	that's a snomask limitation. snomasks (in this case 'eyes' IIRC) are only known locally, so in case of /whois nick nick the other server doesn't know you are +s +e and thus won't send you that info.
