I kinda doubt (with the information provided) that this is a bug of the ircd. Adchat doesnt for me doesnt send it twice ... if it is i says its your client as you said... which if it is, this isnt the support place for it.. |

You'll get /adchat notices twice if you have usermode +A and +C |
