Summary	0001234: All users can see channel msg from non op user on +u channel.
Description	Hi, I notice that if i join +u channel and send a channel msg all normal users on that channel can see my msg (even though I'm not an oper or +o in that channel).

syzop 2003-09-06 13:42 administrator ~0003608	Uh yes, that's not a bug.. that's the supposed way :P. If you don't want them to talk you set +m, then msgs will go forwarded via the user 'IRC' to ops, and if you don't want that either then you +b IRC!@.
