Summary	0001286: /quit with no params
Description	Nowadays, when you use /quit (better /raw quit) with no params, a default quit is sent. I suggest that if there aren't any params, don't send any message :user QUIT :

syzop 2003-10-01 20:39 administrator ~0003744	In the past I thought the same, but now I'm used to it... current way seems ok to me. I don't think it's wise to get rid of the prefix in such a case just coz it looks nice, in fact I think it's more confusing "did he /quit? or did something else happen" :p.
