I guess you are confused with _USERMODE_ +h ? UnrealIRCd never gives channelmode +h to someone on-join. Or perhaps you are confused with services, I don't know... |

I am confused with numeric 310. whois capitaine :(.....) :(.....) :Cool.chat 313 capitaine capitaine :is a Network Administrator :Cool.chat 310 capitaine capitaine :is available for help. :Cool.chat 317 capitaine capitaine 92 1069979011 :seconds idle, signon time :Cool.chat 318 capitaine capitaine :End of /WHOIS list. When the channel is only help, an op has the numeric 310. When the channel is official + help, he does not. |

well, you get the "is available for help." if you have usermode +h, which is usually when you oper. It has nothing to do with channels. |
