Summary	0001401: bug in PRIVMSG/NOTICE #channel :` test
Description	all PRIVMSGs/NOTICEs #channel starting with -> ` <- are not displayed on other servers... All PRIVMSGs/NOTICEs to channel starting with -> ` <- are not displayed. Luigi is on server1, zZz[M]zZz and \|Luigi\| on server2. from client Luigi <Luigi> test now <zZz[M]zZz> have u read? <Luigi> no <zZz[M]zZz> on the other server? from client \|Luigi\| <Luigi> test now -zZz[M]zZz:#megan- ` cool!!!! <zZz[M]zZz> have u read? <Luigi> no <zZz[M]zZz> on the other server? <\|Luigi\|> yes. Only on remote servers the bug.
Steps To Reproduce	U must have 2 or more irc servers 3.1.6 linked. One user on server1, the other one on server2. <user1> write on #channel: `hello user2 will not receive any messages on the channel.

syzop 2003-12-01 01:52 administrator ~0004182	Hi, 3.1* is being phased out, I suggest you to use the 3.2* series instead (which does not have this bug btw).
