Can the IRCD set +i only by the same IPs ? Is it a Bug or normal ? | ||||

This is normal since flooders who use proxys don't have the same ip :P |
If you have 500 User in a Channel than isn´t good :( Haven´t you a Proxy scanner ? :) |

[off topic] www.blizzed.org/bopm but note that you must install it on every server because it only scans people on one server by default [/off topic] well docs say about +f it's about x joins/msgs/etc. in y minutes they don't say 'with same ip' so it's a feature not a bug |

ah penna22 managed to understand him... Yes, the new +f submodes don't do per-user or per-host stuff, except the 't' subfloodtype (which is the old +f). So, not a bug. |
