If we don't upgrade our IRCd, it's because of an Operoverride bug, ircop wihout the override flag can operoverride |

First, the bug you speak of only involves opers who are +h, and it is already fixed in the CVS version. Second, the fact that you have chosen not to upgrade to beta19 doesn't change the fact that the snomask bug is fixed in beta19. |
