| Summary | 0001482: Replace the +c/+S chanmodes and equivalent usermodes | ||||
| Description | Replacing the chanmodes/usermodes so that chanops can overide that mode in the channel, and maybe if you wish, allow Opers to override the usermode when set on a user. I came to you because the module API does not allow for the replacing of the modes. | ||||

Adding the ability to replace modes leads us down a very dangerous road that I'm not willing to take. |

I would not want you to take the chance of that either, rather make it coded into the IRCD those 2 modes. if possible to do, maybe on the next Devel |
[@chanmode] possible? yes. easy? yes. But I don't like the idea :P. On a sidenote, UnrealIRCd itself doesn't come with a usermode to block/filter colors. |

i know it would be easy to code in <- to lazy, rather stick to debuging. Besides i like the debugin part. |
