#1.) You're running an old version, upgrade to RC1.
#2.) I didn't understand a word of what you said, can you try and rephrase that in a clearer manner?

I dont think he can to be honest. Ff you look at the URL at the end its a link to a (probably) crappy translation engine..
From what i get from that, it looks like services cant do a thing, which suggests a U:line configuration problem

Unreal RC1 doesn't fonction too, and the U:LINE fonction with beta15.

[*] = Anope Services isnt setting modes such as OP on the channels

[**] = im sure myst means, Services cannot send or recieve PRIVMSG with a server of Statistics he has thats is made similar or in conjuncation /to work with Anope / unreal beta 15?

[***] = only a small order amount of functaions that work with beta15

also form the above bugnotes, yeah doh would be rite in saying it would be a U:LINE config, if i read rite, myst has tryed it with RC1 and it didnt work any better than beta15. - shrugs -
