Summary0001610: set::hosts {}; don't works
Descriptionwhen I login as oper, admin, etc, with +x mode, my host doesn't changes like vhost.

And in general, the configuration file are not well interpreted

The config file works fine, you just didn't do it correctly. You must have the get_host oper flag.
