| Summary | 0001703: New Command | ||||
| Description | A new command may be added to write lines on bot motd file.. /ADDBMOTD | ||||

Why? Considering that most network/server admins have shell access to their server(s), it should be easy for them to edit botmotd on the server. I don't know if you can run UNIX Emacs or DOS Edit through Telnet, but if not, you can use echo with >> to add lines from the shell. Then just /rehash -motd. edited on: 2004-04-06 12:34 |

Won't do it. And in fact, all the other /add* commands (/addline, /addmotd, etc.) are going to be removed eventually. |
