| Summary | 0001755: description for /connect command slightly incorrect in help.conf and doc-file | ||||
| Description | it seems there is a slight flaw in description of this command, concerning "remote connects" in which you have to place both servers who have to handle this as parameter (besides the used port) in the html-doc it is said: If only one server is given, it will attempt to connect the server you are ON to the given server. If 2 servers are given, it will attempt to connect the 2 servers together. Put the hub server as the first, and the leaf server as the second. in help.conf it is said: ***** Connect ***** - Links another IRC server to the one you are currently on. Remote connections are also possible. IRC Operator only command. - Syntax: CONNECT <server> CONNECT <hub> <port> <leaf> Example: CONNECT leaf.* CONNECT hub.* 6667 leaf.* as a matter of fact this hub first, leaf afterwards does NOT work - it finishes with numeric 402 - no such server but it workes the other way round - connect leaf.* PORT hub* seemingly some typo which should be fixed? | ||||
