Summary	0001800: Suggestion - Show channel key to opers in /mode
Description	I think it would be useful if IRC Operators could see the key to a channel in the /mode #channel output, or possibly another command (like /getkey #channel that replies via a server notice). It would save having to use OperOverride, or having to invite yourself etc, and so creating a "quieter" entrance. Just an idea..
