DescriptionInclude the privdeaf module in the Unreal code, creating the +D usermode. This is useful for the people who use windows and cant compile with modules, or make DLL's (in 3.2.1)

No, since it's already a module :P and some people might not want it.

I figured its a standard mode on most IRCd's, so why not be like the rest of them.

The no-modules-on-windows thingy (or as you say, hard-on-windows) is no longer valid if 3.2.1 is released since quite some module coders will also distribute dll's.
In fact for my win cvs builds I already offer all my modules in a 'module pack' (which thus includes privdeaf) which is a simple installer... takes like 30 seconds to install (+adding the loadmodule line).

Standard feature in most IRCds? Please name these IRCds. I don't know of any major IRCds that have it.
