Summary0001937: MAXBANS=60 is being ignored by services?
DescriptionI'm used with DALnet and to have a 100 bans per channel limit.. So for a few months ago I asked in #unreal-support how to increase it when I got the advice to leave it alone since that can cause the IRCd to crash.. (so no, the IRCd aint modified ;) .. Then we tried to set ChanServ's RESTRICTED mode on (kick/ban everyone who's not on the channel's access lists) .. and right now we have about 450 bans in one of our channels since ChanServ (a U:lined server) set it.. Even if services might be screwed or bad coded, shouldn't the IRCd ignore it if the max number of bans are reached?
Steps To ReproduceSimply fill the banlist and then enable ChanServ's RESTRICTED option and invite some friends. ;)

Bans added by a u:lined server right?
U:Line = No limits , no restrictions , no errors , full access to everything

And it's not a Major bug.. I think it's not a bug anyway...

Right, this is not a bug.
Oh btw, if you ask me, you are allowed to change MAXBANS and MAXBANLENGTH (changing only 1 of them is pretty useless)... [note: this is only true for MAXBANS/MAXBANLENGTH in struct.h, nearly all the other values in struct.h should NOT be changed because they ARE dangerous to change!]
