| Description | User joins channel as IRCop in a +O channel and services kicks/bans user until I unset -O in the channel. Once I use -O I can reset the channel with +O and the user is no longer kicked & banned. | ||||

I think this is, as Bugz said, a services issue. You should tell the devs of whatever services you are using, the problem you are having. Even though the action of setting channel modes is done by UnrealIRCd, how services interprets it is a whole other story. IMO anyway |
