Description	[Tue Jul 27 03:44:18 2004] - [BUG] operator count bug! value in /lusers is '-1', we counted '1', user='Stez_AFK', userserver='sirius.no.eu.afterx.net', tag=rmvlist. please report to UnrealIRCd team at http://bugs.unrealircd.org/
Additional Information	It's likely the server had just dropped the link when this problem occurred.
