Summary	0002015: Security bug in new nickprefix
Description	When you compile with the new nick prefixes (& on +a) you're able to kich people with +a but without +o. This doesn't happen if you compile with old prefixes.

syzop 2004-08-09 14:26 administrator ~0007334	This is exactly the purpose of PREFIX_AQ: that you have a visible symbol (&/~), thus no longer requiring +ao/+qo but just +a/+q is enough.
