Can you be a little more specific? Does service.log exist? If so, does it indicate any errors? What about ircd.log?

codemastr, both logs exist, nothing revealing in either. It was a basic upgrade, I copied my existing conf files to a temp folder, uninstalled 3.2, install 3.2.1 and copied back confs, edit the unrealircd.conf for the new cloak keys, loaded up proper modules (.dll's) for the windows version and recieved that error. Reedited the config by removing the "load" lines, Restarted, and still got the same error.

And you installed it using the installer on the website?

Yes, I have installed it using the current version I have gotten off the web site.

Well, error 1067 means Unreal stopped running. This happens when either one of two situations occurs:

1.) You modified Unreal
2.) You have an error somewhere

If you didn't modify Unreal, then it has to be 2. Can you paste the last few lines of service.log? Also, does your log {} block in unrealircd.conf include the "errors" type? If not, add it. If yes, also include the last few lines of ircd.log (or whatever you called the log file).

Well ircd.log shows that Unreal has started, and users are even connecting, so what is the problem?
