Summary0002114: ability to set +q and +a mode prefix's at compile-time
Descriptionit should be pretty trivial to make users able to set +q and +a mode prefix's by using a #define in config.h and replacing the instances of it to reffer to the #define... i dunno if its just me, but ~ and & look ugly...

It might look ugly to you, but there are probably only 3-4 other symbols that won't break things. Furthermore, this will confuse some clients. What's next, change the symbol for +o? +h? +v? This would introduce inconsistency that would confuse clients and users. If it were up to me, you wouldn't even have to choice to disable the +a and +q prefixes.
