When make errors, attach the log file to this bug report. You will get a little more help than a closed bug issue.

There is more than one "latest" version: 5.2.1 is the latest RELEASE version 4.10 is the latest STABLE version 5.3-RC2 is the latest CURRENT version So please actually give us a number, not "latest."
