Summary0002206: Add Hybrid's local channels (&localhan)
DescriptionVery cool feature, for home and corporate networks. Only users, connected to that server can join this local channel, and channel is invisible and unaccessible for other users in the network.

Invisible channels were used in Unreal once before... I believe they were removed because they were useless and confusing. :)

Well first off, this isn't a "Hybrid" feature, it's in RFC1459! Unreal had local channels as well as modeless channels. However, I think in my 5+ years on IRC, I've seen local channels used once! What's the point of them? No one uses it. Therefore, it just served to slow things down (we had to do checks to see if it was a local channel). So why bother if no one uses it? You say it's great for "home users" and "corporate users." Well first off, I don't know of too many home users who have a need for an IRC server. I have 4 people in my home, not 40. And for corporate networks, well I don't know of many corporate networks that use local channels, and in fact, most corporate IRC servers I know of don't even use linking, they have a single IRCd making local channels completely unnecessary.
