| Description | Heya guys: Just noticed from the latest cvs, when you oper up using a local oline, then the oper notice is sent out to opers. But when you oper up using a global oline or higher, there is no oper notice sent out. Failed oper notices are always sent out, but not successful global+ oper-ups. I only tried setting up a single ircd, so I'm not sure if the oper notices are getting to other servers or not. Here's the umodes/snomasks I'm using: +owghaAsxNWqt +kfjveGqSs | ||||
