DescriptionThe linking error stating the cloak keys do not match has a small bit of incorrect grammar.

Currently, the message says:
*** Notice -- Link irc.*.org is having a DIFFERENT CLOAK KEY - MD5:f56715f1c969f4b8de561461a54f5afe != OK. YOU SHOULD CORRECT THIS ASAP.

It should say:
*** Notice -- Link irc.*.org has a DIFFERENT CLOAK KEY - MD5:f56715f1c969f4b8de561461a54f5afe != OK. YOU SHOULD CORRECT THIS ASAP.

Well, you're right, the wording is bad, but that's not incorrect grammar. The grammar is fine, it's just not the way we'd usually say that :)
