Summary0002351: Extended bans and normal bans with the same host
DescriptionThis could extend past what I tried, but it seems that when you try to ban someone (*!*blah@*.blah.org), and then try to add a quiet ban for the same host (~q:*!*blah@*.blah.org), the quiet ban won't be added (presumably because it thinks the ban is already added). This doesn't seem to effect masks without wildcards, but I haven't tested too extensively.
Steps To ReproduceMODE #channel +b *!*blah@*.blah.org
MODE #channel +b ~q:*!*blah@*.blah.org

the quiet ban will not be added.

why should in your case the ~q ban be added?
a "pure" ban on the same host includes the quietness and some things more...

Indeed, the ~q would be a duplicate. The regular +b does everything the ~q does. This isn't a bug, it's a feature.
