Summary	0002389: On +I channels and vhost
Description	If you allow a user with name!@something.some and then give that user a vhost like name!@test.test that use is still able to join the +i channel without a invitation. Dont know if its a bug or if it should be like this.
Steps To Reproduce	Set the users hostmask to be able to join with +I a +i channel Set a new vhost on the user Let the user join the channel
